Greg Morice

B.Com.Ag (VFM) ANZIV SPINZ, Registered Valuer

A registered valuer and director of Morice Ltd, Greg has a wide range of valuation skills in
the rural sector with his prime area of focus on sheep and cattle, dairy farming, horticulture, viticulture and specialised land uses.

Greg has built up considerable expertise in the leasing of rural property and has extensive experience in setting up leases, conducting rent reviews, assisting in arbitration, and managing leases. He spends the majority of his time working for major landowners in all aspects of their land portfolio. This includes annual valuations, purchasing and selling of land, subdivision options as well as management and administration of their lease land portfolio.

Mark Morice

B.Com.Ag (VFM) Dip.Fore., SPINZ, ANZIV, RMNZIF, Registered Valuer & Registered Foresty Consultant

As a registered valuer and registered forestry consultant, along with being a director of
Morice Ltd, Mark has a wide range of valuation skills, predominantly in the forestry sector throughout New Zealand.

Mark's prime area of focus is the valuation of forestry land and tree crops along with general forestry and ETS advice. Mark is also well regarded in the forestry industry for his specialisation in the land rent review processes. In addition, Mark has worked on a number of treaty settlement valuations for land to be returned to Māori.

Dougal Morice

BLPM (Rural), PGDipFore

From Hawkes Bay Dougal completed a rural valuation degree at Lincoln in 2019 and Postgraduate Diploma in Forestry from Canterbury University in 2020.

Dougal has gained practical in the sheep and beef industry from several years of part-time work within various farming businesses and has a strong interest in forestry. Dougal is committed to becoming a valuable member of the team and is aiming to become registered shortly.

Zac Reisima

BLPM (Rural)

Zac returns to Hawkes Bay, joining Morice, after completing a Bachelor of Land and Property Management (Rural specialisation) at Lincoln University in 2020.

Building on his on-farm and orchard experience, Zac enjoys the challenge of utilising GIS in the office to contribute to the development of existing systems. While working towards his registration, Zac hopes to continually develop knowledge within the industry and be a valuable member of the team.

Karen Josephs

With extensive experience in personal assistance, secretarial and administrative roles, Karen has worked at Morice since 2008 in the primary role of personal assistant to the valuers while also managing secretarial and administrative duties.

Lochy Stratton

Valuer

From a farming background in Taihape, Lochy studied rural valuation at Lincoln finishing in 2022 before joining Morice.

Lochy has a strong interest in the sheep and beef industry and is looking to implement this in the development of his career in valuation, with the aim of becoming registered in the near future.

Mary Lui

Administration

Mary has worked at Morice since 2022 in the primary role of administrative duties, personal assistant to the valuers.
